Victor Garcia comes to Structure with a focus on project leasing, tenant representation and investment sales.

Prior to joining Structure, Victor began his real estate career in 2013 with William Davis Realty working on commercial transactions.

Victor also has 25 years of commercial lending experience and originally started his commercial banking career with American Bank of Commerce in Lubbock, TX and in the Dallas Fort Worth area with City Bank.
