David Schulenburg is a retail leasing professional who began is career in 2017. He comes from Global Fund Investments, where he was the Dallas Regional Director of Leasing for over 6 years. He managed project leasing for a portfolio of 8 multi-tenant shopping centers across Dallas - Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio, totaling 689,260 Sq Ft. He also handled lease renewals for their Texas portfolio of 24 multi-tenant shopping centers.

During his tenure at Global, he leased over 142,139 Sq Ft and renewed 722,446 Sq Ft of retail space, maintaining 98%-100% occupancy across his portfolio.

He also led two major leasing turnarounds: increasing Melbourne Plaza occupancy from 78% to 100% and Richwood Shopping Center from 75% to 100%, which enabled both properties to be sold at peak occupancy.
