Structure Commercial brokers a 154,000 SF re-development in Carrollton, TX

  CARROLLTON, TEXAS (April 10, 2014):  New Quest Properties acquired Carrollton Town Center.  Carrollton Town Center is located at the southeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike and Old Denton Road, in Carrollton, Texas.

Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial brokered the transaction between the seller, Trinity/Denton II, Ltd. and New Quest.  A major redevelopment of an existing 154,000 Sf center, Carrollton Town Center will be anchored by a new 50,000 SF 99 Ranch Market grocery store and will feature extensive common-area features and contemporary storefront upgrades designed to create an exciting destination to shop and dine.

Carrollton is located just northwest of Dallas and is home to over 5,000 businesses while maintaining a high quality of life for its residents.  Forbes Magazine recently awarded Carrollton the rank of #12 on its annual “America’s Best Places to Move” list.
