Structure Commercial to Represent Two Power Centers in Retail Plazas, Inc. Agreement
Structure Commercial, a leading real estate brokerage specializing in high performance leasing, investment sales and tenant representation services, recently announced an agreement with Retail Plazas, Inc. to lease nearly 450,000 square feet in two power centers in North Texas –Denton Center and Creekside Shopping Center.
Denton Center
Denton Center is a 335,000 square foot retail hub that serves as a primary shopping destination to students at both Texas Women’s University and the University of North Texas. Located off University Dr, the center’s tenant mix ranges from well-known retailers to entertainment, dining, banking, and fitness centers. Denton Center is anchored by a Kroger Signature Store which produces the 3rd highest volume of sales per square foot in Texas. Key retailers also include Planet Fitness, Movie Tavern, Aaron’s, Firestone, Sally’s Beauty, Dollar Tree, AutoZone, Wells Fargo, and many more.
Creekside
Creekside Shopping Center is a 110,454 square foot premier neighborhood destination that connects White Rock Trail to exclusive restaurants and retailers. Located at the heavily trafficked cross-section of Skillman & Abrams Rd, the redeveloped center serves as the “gateway” to Lake Highlands and was announced as the winner of the Best Real Estate Deals of 2018. Creekside is anchored by movie eatery, Alamo Drafthouse, and is complemented by other dining favorites including Wingstop, Bahama Bucks, Fireside Pies, and Fuzzy’s Tacos.
