Segars McKinney, LP purchased a 70,200 Sf  at 1720 Bray Central in McKinney from JP Morgan/Chase. Holmes Davis of Binswanger represented the buyer and Eric Deuillet and Bob Kent of Structure Commercial represented JP Morgan/Chase.
